Paul chats with correspondent Janice Wald Henderson about the dining experience aboard river cruises like the cruise Paul and Elizabeth just finished on AMA Waterways AmaLea. Both he and Janice found the cuisine on different cruises to be exceptions. Not fussy, creative and reflecting the countries the ships sailed through. They also talked about cruises aboard Uniworld ships where both the decor and the cruisine are kicked up a notch. Elizabeth and Paul sailed on the inaugural of the Catherine a couple fo years ago and found the food exceptional. Janice remembers the food being really innovative on her cruise.
